The view is GREAT!
Has the basic kitchen equipments like fridge, microwave, electric stove. And we are impressed they provided washing machine for the guest to use. Air conditioning is absolutely very cold. And there is also mini “kabayo” and a flat iron. TV and Cignal for entertainment and has also sub woofer pero sana next SMART TV na. And lastly the VIEW IS GREAT!
Late check in but then early check out. There is also cockroaches so please have it pest control the whole apartment. The towel smells like HINDI na laundry. The kitchen equipments ay hindi kumpleto nag request pa kami sa caretaker ng rice cooker and electric kettle. Yung blower gusto na mag “retire” nag babaga na yun loob pag ginagamit need to change it kasi baka magka sunog pa. Yun rice cooker at electric kettle is too old you should change it. Yun washroom ang dami fungus in between the tiles. And WALA BIDET.

Very Good
Very good location near rizal park and intramuros. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Had problem with lamps one was blinking all time other not working at all. And something with water in the bathroom.

Very Good
It was a great location for the run that my partner was joining very early the next morning. The aircon was very cold and we liked the unit itself. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was strong in the shower.
I would just advise the next person to get the instructions for checking in as soon as you book. I assumed I would get the instructions automatically because that's how most Airbnb hosts/owners do it as soon as you confirm, but when I checked on the day itself, I realized I had to contact the owner directly to get this information. It was a bit difficult to not be able to just text or call him, and I had to find an alternative way to reach him (via Viber). We ended up waiting around 15-20 minutes to get into the unit and find parking. We checked in late though, so that part was our fault. It would have been easier to have instructions to get into the room from the start, or the contact info of the representative who was supposed to let us in so that there was less back and forth. The guards were very helpful. I figured the owner had his reasons for taking this approach, and it isn't such a big deal overall. It didn't affect our stay negatively and we weren't rushed to check out on the dot, which I appreciated.
